This Privacy Policy explains how Markem-Imaje India Private Limited ("Markem-Imaje India", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit markemimajeindia.com or contact us, in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable rules.

When you fill in an enquiry form, request a brochure, use our savings calculator, use the on-site assistant, or contact us on WhatsApp, we may collect:

• Identity & contact data — name, company, work email, mobile / WhatsApp number, city;
• Enquiry data — your industry, packaging substrate, current coding method, line details you share, product interest, and any message or files you send;
• Savings-calculator inputs and the estimate generated for you;

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent and for the purposes for which you provided it:

• To respond to your enquiry, arrange demos or sample marking, and prepare budgetary quotes;
